Do you bill provincial plans directly
Yes, we bill provincial coverage when eligible. Bring your health card to each visit.
Which private insurers do you accept
Common plans include Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, and Blue Cross. If yours is not listed, we can provide an itemized receipt.
How can I get an estimate before my visit
Use the estimator on Insurance and Billing or contact our billing team.
What payment methods do you take
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Interac. Invoices include a secure pay link when applicable.

Medical records

How do I request my records
Submit a request through the portal or via our contact form. We will confirm identity and share next steps.
How long do lab results take
Most routine labs are available in two to three business days. Your clinician will message you if follow up is needed.
Can you send records to another clinic
Yes. Provide the receiving clinic details during your request and we will transfer securely.

Visiting

What are visiting hours
Most units welcome visitors from 10:00 to 20:00. Some departments have specific times; ask reception for details.
Where can I park
On site parking is available at all campuses. Follow signs for patient and visitor parking.
Are children allowed to visit
Yes, with adult supervision. If a unit has restrictions for safety, staff will advise on arrival.

Online portal

What can I do in the portal
View appointments, messages, and select results. You can also update contact details and insurance.
I forgot my password
Use the Forgot Password link on the sign in page. If you still have issues, contact support.
Is the portal secure
Yes. Access requires authentication and all traffic is encrypted end to end.

Safety

Do I need a mask
Masking is encouraged if you have respiratory symptoms. Some clinical areas may require a mask on entry.
What infection control measures are in place
